The information contained within the Members Section is confidential and for the use of Round Table members only. By registering for access and signing into the site you accept the following Terms and Conditions; it may only be used for the furtherance of Round Table contacts and fellowship, its use for any other purpose, particularly commercial or business, is strictly forbidden, and could result in legal action. The association is registered under the Data Protection Act, all queries should be addressed in writing to the General Secretary at the address shown on the Contact Us page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Round Table maintains records for membership purposes and also publishes directories of Clubs, their Officers and other information that may be available to other Table Clubs in the UK or other countries and to similar fellowship organisations both in the EEA and outside. Round Table may also use such information to advise members of special arrangements, benefits and products which are considered to be of general benefit. Processing of the data may be undertaken by Round Table via its own officials and contracted agents. If you prefer not to have any of your details retained on the membership database or published in any directory or to be advised of benefits as outlined above you should advise Headquarters at Marchesi House accordingly. Round Table headquarters cannot be responsible for the inaccuracy of any membership details held on the system where members have updated or modified their own information or the details of others. If alterations or corrections are required then these can be performed by Marchesi House if required, by sending an e-mail with the correct information – hq@roundtable.org.uk. Alternatively the amendments can be made on-line by registering and signing in, alternatively your Table Chairman and Secretary have the ability to make such amendments on your behalf.
